I came to Japan for work as a teacher in an international school in Yokohama. I was looking for an apartment in Yokohama area. Other agents had properties mainly in Tokyo, so I was lucky to find Oakridge Housing with clean and ideal room!

Location is perfect. Convenience stores are very close and shopping arcade is about 10 min. on foot. I can use Kannai Station (JR line) besides subway. It is about 15-min. walk away, so very convenient for going around. I even stroll to China Town when the weather is lovely!

Staffs are friendly and supportive and everything went smooth without problem from the first contact to signing on the contract. For short-term, utilities are all included, so there is no worry about contacting and paying utilities companies. Furnitures and equipments are all ready, so I was able to start life right away, even though I didn't have any Japanese friend!
