Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions by our customers.

Q: How much is the agent/broker fee?
A: ZERO! We do not charge any agent or broker fee.

Q: What about deposit and key money?
A: No key money is required.  Only a refundable deposit is required.  Please contact us directly for more information.

Q: What are other initial costs?
A: First month rent plus;
+Short-term apartments: Deposit 30,000 yen per person (refundable up to 20,000yen)
+Long-term apartments: One month refundable deposit plus 30,000 yen cleaning fee
  and 4,000 yen insurance (6 months of coverage).

Q: Are your rooms furnished?
A: Yes.  Our rooms are fully-furnished with refrigerator, bed/futon, air conditioner/heater, washing machine, dining table, chairs, etc.

Q: How do I make my rent payments?
A: You can pay us in cash or by bank transfer.  We can provide you with our bank account information to make the wire transfer.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Yes, minus any costs to cover damage to the room. A damage assessment will be performed together with you at the beginning and end of your stay.

Q: I need an apartment for 3 months.  What is your minimum rental period?
A: Our minimum rental period is 1 month.

Q: Is it possible to reserve an apartment?
A: Yes. You can reserve it one month prior to the move-in date by paying the deposit. 

Q: Can I get the Internet access?
A: Yes, you can. All the apartments are equipped with fiber optic cables for high speed  Internet access.  For our short-term apartments, the Internet is free.

Q: Are utility costs included in the rent?
A: Utilities are included for our short-term units.  For our long-term units tenants are responsible for utilities (water, gas, electricity etc). 

Q: Do I need any documents when signing the contract?
A: Yes, you will need your passport and an alien registration card if you have one.

Q: What is the nearest station to your office?
A: Kasumigaseki on the subways Chiyoda Line, Marunouchi Line, and Hibiya Line or Toranomon on the subway Ginza Line.
